Making with Microbes was a series of five free Bioart workshops for young people in Hackney. These workshops aimed to provide open STEAM education, inspire the next generation of artists and show young people that many microbes are not only safe, but beautiful and useful for a creating a more sustainable world.
We invited a diverse group of practitioners from across the fields of art, science and education to lead and facilitate these sessions and demonstrate the possibilities of workign withing this discipline to participants.
